He works on Corporate Law matters as well as legal assistance in opening, closing, changing and registering business organization, legal assistance in establishing investment enterprise, drafting contracts. Property and Real Estate Law matters as well as due diligence, assets disposition, drafting contracts concerning property and real estate matters, analysis of assets environment, proceeding any of transactions concerning property and real estate matters and drafting Testament.

Krisa also works on pre-litigation and litigation cases involving construction, commercial, employment and property disputes as well as land and real estate too. He is a legal advisor in Civil and Commercial Law, Criminal concerns for many client companies too.
